Chris Day has been associated with the Direct Sales Industry since 1988 when he joined the sales team of Encyclopedia Britannica.He became a national trainer and subsequently, head of field communications where he was responsible for creating training programmes, incentives and motivation.

Since setting up his own communication company in 1995, Day has maintained close, collaborative links with the industry as an Associate Member of the Direct Selling Association. Over the past five years he has helped many companies grow their business through effective communication. He is a professional journalist and member of the National Union of journalists.
